Detailed description

Are you passionate about youth development and interested in educating and equipping student to have self-leadership skills? Join us as a volunteer facilitator for the Level Up Together Bootcamp! This exciting camp filled with games and engaging simulations helps participants empowering themselves and build confidence.


We are looking for volunteers to participate in a 2 day session: 

30th May 2025, Friday 1:00PM to 9:30PM 

31st May 2025, Saturday 8:30AM to 12:30PM


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a group of students from secondary school.
  • Guide students through interactive activities and discussions, helping them understand key concepts and develop practical strategies 
  • Assist participants in navigating unexpected challenges and brainstorming solutions to achieve goals
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment, encouraging students to share ideas, ask questions, and engage with the simulation effectively.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate group activities and discussions in an engaging and inclusive manner.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of students during the simulation sessions.
  • Fast-paced & quick learner.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Preferably university students or students who have just completed SPM
