Summary

We are looking for teachers who are able to teach lessons to orphans aged 7-12 (Standard 1-6).

Detailed description

Teacher


You must be available to teach two classes of 45 mins per week. Our classes are conducted from Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 5.00pm We need teachers for the following subjects:


  • STEM/STEAM
  • Workshop (Practical life skills)
  • Art
  • Science
  • Mathematics


This is a paid volunteer postion. We provide you with an allowance to cover your transportation costs.


We operate from 2 locations in the Klang Valley: Setiawangsa & Seputeh


This opportunity is open to students wishing to complete their volunteerism requirements with us. However, we ask that you try to continue with us even after you have completed your required hours


Prerequisites

You must be able to commit to teaching in both of our locations.

You must also be able to speak Malay/BM at least to a conversational level.

You must be available during our operating times which are, Monday to Thursday 2pm-5pm.

  • Children with learning difficulties who may need tailored support in their studies.

Pertubuhan Bantuan Teknikal Insaf Malaysia, more commonly known as Insaf Malaysia is a non-profit technical relief organisation aimed at improving lives of the vulnerable, who are at risk due to war, natural disasters, socio-economic crises or health emergencies.
