Summary

Needing someone who can help with sorting toys (at our Re:Play Toy Hub in Da Men Mall, USJ1 Subang Jaya), that come in on a daily/weekly basis.

Detailed description

Enabling a circular economy for toy recycling to support play for all. We aim to create a Circular Economy for the toy industry in Malaysia that connects manufacturers, distributors, purchasers (public) and plastic recycling stakeholders who have excess stock, returns or preloved toys that Play Unlimited will collect, clean, sort, repack for these to be sent to marginalised communities that have little or no access to toys and learning materials for their children, preschools or schools. This will also prevent at least 100 tonnes of toys (90% of which are difficult to recycle PVC) from ending up in the landfills.

Your contribution of time, effort and skills, is greatly valued and appreciated as you partner with us to enable play and education - especially among the marginalised communities in Malaysia. Thanks heaps and we are looking forward to having you enjoy a meaningful, fun and enriching volunteering journey with Re:Play! :)
