Summary

We are looking for volunteers who are interested in working with FoBD in managing new members!

Detailed description

Job description:

  • Process and support FoBD membership applications, payments, renewals, and resignations.
  • Maintain and update membership records.
  • Collect data, tracking membership statistics, and preparing reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit new members.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department to track membership revenue.
  • Handle all questions, information requests, and complaints regarding programmes, events and membership.
  • Coordinate and assist with programme, events and membership communications.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of FoBD member programmes, events and activities.
  • Support member programme growth and development as necessary.
  • Coordinate interactions and facilitate positive relationships between FoBD members, board of committee, volunteers, public, media, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend, schedule and organise member-related events, activities, programmes and meetings for existing and prospective members.
  • Create and maintain member programme records, reports, payments, presentations and proposals.


Skills and Qualification Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in nonprofit project management, including managing membership and implementing programmes with local communities.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Time-management and organisational skills.
  • Leadership and adaptability skills.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Close attention to detail and the ability to plan ahead.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Administrative and clerical skills.

  • 2+ hours of commitment required per week
