Exciting news! Introducing RYTHM Foundation’s Volunteer Development Programme (VDP) – a game-changing initiative for aspiring young leaders looking positively impact the world.

 

Designed for vibrant minds aged 18 to 35, the VDP offers a transformative experience that hones advanced leadership skills. If you’re driven to lead dynamic groups, forge fruitful relationships, and bring compassion to your community, the VDP is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

 

Forget traditional teaching methods! Our seasoned mentors, known for nurturing talent into successful professionals and community leaders, deliver a hands-on programme that propels self-improvement and community betterment.

 

This unique initiative combines theory with practical field experience, creating an accelerated learning environment for leadership development.

 

As a participant, you’ll contribute to RYTHM Foundation’s initiatives through volunteer work while having the flexibility to extend your impact by collaborating with other organisations. This adaptability sets the VDP apart, fostering multi-dimensional growth.

 

Classes are strategically scheduled on three Saturdays over six months, with intervals for volunteering and engaging in webinars to reflect on your experiences. Upon completion, you’ll receive a valuable certificate showcasing sought-after qualities like self-improvement and community involvement – qualities employers highly value today.

 

But that’s not all! This certificate opens doors to internships and job prospects, further propelling your career growth.
