Persatuan Harapan Mulia (Great Vision Charity Association) is a non-profit, voluntary charity association based in Malaysia that emphasises the important role that education and awareness play in transforming our society. We embrace the philosophy to “give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime” as we continue to give back with our charitable work.
